We finally finished. Quite honestly, I’m not THAT happy with the final result. Don’t get me wrong: it’s OK, but I know it could be a LOT better. I suppose that’s what I get for starting a case 2 days before it’s due when I had for a month. I’ll have to see if I’m [...] We left @ 04:30 last night (this morning actually) and we’re back here now. We should be done in a couple of hours. We’ll take a break in the afternoon and come back to edit/review it later tonight. We better make it to the final competition… According to the clock on my phone it’s 03:48. Lucky for me, because of daylight savings time it’s actually 02:48! Extra time! YAY! (Please note the sarcasm in this entry.) I’ve been sitting here working on this ICBC case since noon. Unfortunately, I’m a little too busy to write something interesting right now. I’m preparing myself for an all-nighter. Goodnight! I know this is not just one of MY weird quirks. Most people are like this. Why is it that if someone clearly tells us NOT to do something, we have to go ahead and do it!? Maybe I go against the grain more than your average person, but I know if you tell a [...] Here are my deep thoughts during yesterday’s traffic jam. Actually, there are no deep thoughts. I was just bored out of my mind… Traffic Musings I just got in from the annual CASA Redrum party. Not bad, lots of good costumes. I went dressed up as a JMSB student. One of the guys was dressed as a bum and had a sign that said: “Will go home with you tonight for FREE”. Most of the girls ran away, [...] My teammate and I had to do our second presentation in class today. He suggested we just wing it and see how we handle ourselves. Don’t ask me how I agreed to this, probably because I was tired! The good news was: according to the teacher we presented the case very well. The bad news: [...] I need to understand the physics behind this. How can fa…I mean… “corpulent” women sport stiletto heels? I saw one today, and I was amazed how that small heel (no wider than my pinkie finger) was holding this heavy-set woman up! Honestly, I haven’t seen a female who was that obese in a while, and [...] “Appreciation is a wonderful thing. It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.” Most of our parents taught us to say “Please” and “Thank you” when we were young (I know mine did!).
