Landing in London

I’m sittin’ here listening to some AV8 hip hop mixes; can’t get enough of that old school! We’ll be landing in London, England in about half an hour. The time here is 07:02. Jacob has fallen asleep next to me; he says jetlag usually affects him pretty badly. I’m not feeling tired, so I don’t think it’ll affect me. I still don’t think I’ve realized the gravity of what I’m about to step into for the next few months. I am started to get excited, but I’m not nervous at all. Then again, do I ever get nervous? It’s almost like I feel like I have job to do, and as with every job/task I take on, I’ll be doing it to the best of my abilities and that’s the most I can do. As I told some others, we’ll see once I land in Sri Lanka how I feel about all this.
