It was sad to leave the kids because they kept asking if we would come back. Jacob said he might come back in a few months but promised that I will be back sooner. I guess I have no choice now! No, I was planning to come back either way. I told them I would try to come back in a few weeks. The bus to Vavuniya is at 09:00 and we expect to reach Colombo sometime tonight.
This is the tent we purchased before coming here. It’s fairly spacious inside. Not too shabby if you ask me! Finally, I swept up the sand before I took the whole thing down. I’m not sure why I look so serious. I guess I’m really focused on getting all that sand! I took slightly longer to take it down and pack it up than I did to put it up.
