Got into Colombo safely at midnight last night. This was also and interesting and very different experience from my last trip. I lived with the Lawrances this time (not in the camp). Unfortunately I hadn’t charged my camera battery, so I don’t have as many pics! As usual, I will type up my [...] *Transcribed* Last night, I overheard the girls saying that it was their mom’s birthday today. I hopped on a bicycle with Eben and ordered a cake last night. Today I went and picked it up and it was a very big surprise for her. I gave him most of the “go away” signs, but now he’s sitting next to me and has his face almost on my paper. Since it was a last minute decision and there was thunder and lightning outside I couldn’t use the computer to let everyone know I would be out of town for a few days.
