What’s better than a party? A surprise party! It was Heshani’s birthday yesterday. (Side note: It was also Canada day!) Hesh kept bugging Michael and I to organize a surprise party and we kept saying it would be a surprise if she knew! Of course, we secretly made all the necessary arrangements and managed to pull of quite a surprise despite her friends saying it would be difficult to “pull a fast one” on Hesh!

The lights were all of and as she walked in with M we started singing happy birthday. She was still shocked about the whole thing about 10 minutes later! You can see the “Is this really happening?”-look on her face in all three pics! Nirm also looks quite proud that we pulled it off. He was one of the first people I had discussed the party idea with.
