…well, not for now!
I was extremely pleased to hear that KTH has graciously offered to (once AGAIN) defer my acceptance to the Spring 2006 semester. Which means that you will all be privileged to have my presence in Canada for another 4 months!
No, but in all seriousness…there have been a few happy consequences (HCs) of this news:
HC#1 – I get to spend more time with my family and friends before running off for another 6 months!
HC#2 – I get to recover from whatever it is that I have properly before leaving to another foreign country.
HC#3 – I miscalculated my GPA (again) and I’m off by .03 for the scholarship. This means that once my semester here is done, I will DEFINITELY qualify for the bursary which totals ~$6,000! Yay for free money!
HC#4 – I’ve been offered a spot on the Commerce Games MIS team! I had a blast representing JMSB last year and I can’t wait to do it again.
HC#5 – Since I’m going for the Spring semester, once school finishes it’ll be summer time there. Thus, depending on funds available at that point I might be able to travel around Europe next summer!
So as you can see, thank God everything always works out for the best. I was slightly disappointed that I wouldn’t be going this semester, but when I stopped to think about it, this works out much better! Special thanks to Amanda at JMSB and Carina at KTH for making all this happen!
