Today in my Swedish class we were learning different verbs. The prof. was putting pictures up of people doing things like reading, writing, talking on the phone, watching TV, etc. and she would tell us what they were doing. There were about 20 pictures and one of the pictures had a guy playing the guitar. Vad [...] A little too much gasoline…?While I’ve been here there have been a few conversations about politics and whatnot and it’s quite interesting to see foreigners’ perspective on America. I don’t think this was the biggest IKEA in the world because I really wasn’t impressed. I also found it very dark inside. It wasn’t the nice, bright, clean IKEA I’m used to seeing. Thankfully, the class is only 3.25 hours with a 15 minute break and not 4 hours! I was reminded of my CEGEP (college) days when I wouldn’t attend classes if they started before 09:00! Note: About 40% of my classes started before 09:00, so I didn’t go to school very much.
