I’ve been enjoying myself in Paris for the last few days with Jen and Shaun. They’ve been really kind and have been taking good care of me! Yesterday night I went up to the Eiffel tower and this afternoon we spent a few hours in Le Louvre. Unfortunately, I can’t upload my pictures because [...] The garden party this weekend (June 24th) was our chance to meet Michael’s family and this was the reason for us coming to Edinburgh. It was nice to meet M’s family, they’re all fantastic people! The only downside was that the crowd was slightly older… Besides my sisters (and some of the caterers) [...] On Thursday June 22nd we went to Dunnottar Castle which was about an hour out of Edinburgh. I stuck my hand out of the sunroof to get a [...] Last Monday I went to meet my friends Gio and Chiara at a pub in the Grassmarket here in Edinburgh. I hadn’t seen them for almost 2 years so it was nice! Gio kept saying how wild it was that we were randomly meeting in Europe after such a long time. Good times… I [...] I finally did it. I jumped out of an airplane at 3,000 feet on Saturday at the Parachute School of Toronto! Here’s how the day went… “…Injured, Crippled or Killed…” This was probably the scariest part of the day. We had to sign our names about 12 times on death waivers forms that [...] What have I been doing for the last 2 weeks? Nothing. I love it! I figured that since this is the last summer before I start my career I should take full advantage of just relaxing. I haven’t actually been doing nothing. I’ve seen quite a few people that I haven’t seen in a [...] I decided to go to Orchid with some of my friends for my birthday last night. I’ve always had a good time whenever I went to Orchid and last night was no exception! I was quite pleased with the turn out. This was the first time I mixed my old school neighbourhood/elementary, high [...] I guess it’s true what they say…birthdays get less and less exciting as you get older… LOL I’m 24 years old today. I’m going out for drinks with some friends I haven’t seen in ages tonight and then Saturday night is the real party. If you want to come out, please let [...] |
