Wow, amazing. To think 3,4 billion dollar lawsuits against makes news in accounting world. why haven’t we heard about this???

That’s insane. I wonder how much a ‘tsunami’ victim would be entitled to then?
Darwin – Well, I think the actual lawsuit and/or problem with New Orleans was the levees and that’s what the people are suing the government over. Although it was a natural disaster, I’m sure more could have been done to protect the city (and possibly prevent some of the loss). Whereas the Tsunami was truly a natural disaster.
